ORDERING
How do I place an order?
Browse our product categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred cryptocurrency payment method and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a minimum order amount?
Minimum order quantity is €100.
Do I need an account to order?
You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and speed up future checkouts.
SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Europe: 1-2 business days. Belgium/Germany: 2-4 business days. Rest of EU: 3-7 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 CET are usually shipped the same day.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or our company name on the outside. Your privacy is our top priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most European countries and select international destinations. Please check our Shipping Costs page for detailed rates and delivery times.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
No signature is required upon delivery. Your package will be left in a safe location if you are not home.
Are large orders more susceptible to customs issues?
No. To prevent such issues, large orders are split into multiple packages. This method has always been successful and does not create any additional risk for bulk orders.

Can I return a product?

How are crypto refunds handled?
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are issued at the current exchange rate at the time of refund, or as store credit — your choice. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
